Pups

My parents got two Beagle puppies last weekend. Flown in all the way from Georgia, they are now about ten weeks old. Saturday night, they came in for some playtime in the kitchen.

The one on the left is Star and the one on the right is Tess. No, I didn't name them.

Pretty cute, huh?

When Your Ankle Makes a Popping Sound, This is the Result

This injury was sustained when I was carrying Clayt and Bruce decided to take us both down. I have denied and will continue to deny that the injury is alcohol-related, since this type of behavior can be expected whether or not alcohol has been consumed. Clayt's weight came down in addition to my own as Bruce tackled us. My ankle 'rolled' and made a 'pop-pop-pop' noise. This is what it looked like a couple days later.

From Last Year

This was taken at a party at Matt Dunning's place sometime in 2005. I'm guessing from September 2005, but I could be wrong. From left, we have Allie, me, Patrick, Steph L, unknown, Matt D. Apparently peach cobbler was served. I found this on Facebook while looking for pictures of Eurosim. I saw myself in the picture, but hadn't been 'tagged.' If you know Facebook, you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I thought it was kind of a cool picture. I just wish it was larger. Matt, Kristen O, Steph L, and I all stayed with Allie and Patrick at Patrick's place in New York City on January 1-2 this year before we left for Prague.
