It actually did occur to me to get a closer picture of some of the rocks, but I felt kind of dumb doing it when I realized that I wouldn't be able to discern which rocks would be interesting to my geology-minded friends and which would be mundane, prompting them to wonder why I bothered. So I just didn't take any. I apologize.
