The original of the famous sign. We weren't supposed to take pictures, but I took this one. There is a replica in the street, complete with a tiny checkpoint and sandbags, but this is the genuine article. This greeted anyone traveling toward East Berlin. There is a duplicate of this sign used in Octopussy (Bond movie from 1983).
